🩺 Join the Meridian Team as a Daytime Pediatric Nurse
Meridian Home Health Care is looking for a dedicated, compassionate nurse (RN or RPN) to provide 1:1 complex pediatric care in a full-time, fixed-term position. If you’re passionate about improving the lives of children and families, we want to hear from you!
No prior pediatric experience? We provide full training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver hands-on, individualized pediatric care in the home
- Support children with activities of daily living and complex health needs
- Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vitals, and document care
- Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure safety and comfort

- Full-Time, 12-Month Contract
- Daytime Hours Only – 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (8 AM – 8 PM)
- $85,500/year + $1,500 Signing Bonus

Requirements:
- Active registration with the CNO (RN or RPN)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past 12 months)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- 2-Step TB Test (recent)
- N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster
- Passion for working with children and families
