Meridian is looking for Personal Support Workers to join our team to provide care to community residents.
We are hiring for full-time and part-time OVERNIGHT SHIFTS .
Shifts are 8 and 12 hrs and PSW's must be available between 11 PM to 7 am.

Duties May Include:
- Provide personal care support (e.g., hygiene, grooming, mobility, toileting).
- Assist clients with bedtime routines, repositioning, and overnight comfort.
- Monitor client well-being and respond to needs throughout the night.
- Support light household tasks related to client care (e.g., tidying, laundry).
- Record and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence.
Requirements for the role include:
- Vulnerable Sector check (within the past year)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificates
- Copy of a recent 2 -step TB test
- N95 mask fit certificate- COVID vaccine confirmation receipt (including booster)
- PSW certificate

Compensation
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
