Meridian Home Health Care is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, dependable Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our clients on weekends.
Whether you're looking for consistent weekend shifts or supplemental hours to complement your full-time role, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Meridian nurse, you’ll deliver 1-on-1 nursing care in a home setting, helping clients live independently and with dignity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administering medications & treatments
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Documenting care provided (charting)
- Promoting safety, wellness, and quality of life

What's Required:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Experience in geriatric or pediatric care is a strong asset
- N95 Mask Fit Test (valid)
- 2-Step TB Test (within past 2 years)
- COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses + booster)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (within 12 months)
- CPR – Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
- Patient-centered approach, attention to detail, strong organizational skills

Compensation
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
